Potential Conflicts of Interest

This page contains information regarding Potential Conflicts of Interest. After each letting, Potential Conflicts of Interest are identified and documentation is sent to the Procurement Policy Board. The Procurement Policy Board reviews each conflict and makes a recommendation as to whether the conflict is potential or actual. The information below contains Potential Conflicts of Interest documentation.

To date no actual Conflicts of Interest have been identified for IDOT Highway Construction.
